Speech & Language Screening Request

We offer complimentary speech and language screenings for students/children at participating schools and My Play Place. If you're a teacher or parent with concerns about a child’s communication development, you can easily request a screening by completing this form.

My Play Place screenings are on the first Friday of each month from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, first come, first served!
