Is Home Health the Right Fit for You?
Home health is incredibly rewarding, but it isn't for everyone. Successful clinicians enjoy independence, flexibility, and building lasting relationships with families while managing their own schedules.
This position is often a great fit for:
New graduates or newer clinicians looking to gain experience with the support of an experienced team.
Clinicians transitioning into home health.
Therapists looking to supplement another job or school schedule.
Parents seeking flexibility around family commitments.
Individuals who already have health insurance through a spouse, parent, or another employer and appreciate the flexibility of independent contracting.
Clinicians who value autonomy and enjoy creating a consistent weekly caseload.
Our Most Successful Contractors Are...
Reliable and dependable.
Excellent communicators who respond promptly to emails, texts, and phone calls.
Organized and able to manage their own schedules.
Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the office.
Proactive about following up with families and the company.
Timely with documentation and administrative responsibilities.
Professional, compassionate, and solution-oriented.
Adaptable when schedules change and committed to providing excellent client care.
This Position May Not Be the Best Fit If...
You prefer someone else to manage your daily schedule.
You struggle to respond to emails or text messages promptly.
You have difficulty completing documentation on time.
You need guaranteed hours or employer-sponsored benefits.
You prefer working in a single clinic location rather than traveling between clients.
